Shipping Policy

We can ship to any address in Europe. We offer a flat rate to Benelux and Germany, and a slightly higher rate for the rest of Europe.

Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Returns Policy 

Natura Sacra accepts returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery, unless you received an incorrect or defective item. In the latter case, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

Please contact returns@natura-sacra.com to initiate a return, providing your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond shortly after with instructions for how to return items from your order.
